Jonathan Holloway’s journey into law began with his undergraduate years at Southern University and A&M College, culminating in his graduation from the Southern University Law Center in 1998, where he distinguished himself by earning a place on the prestigious Moot Court Board. After initially venturing into banking, Jonathan transitioned to private practice in 1999, embarking on a career marked by dedication and legal prowess.

During his tenure with Keogh, Cox & Wilson (now Keogh, Cox) from 2004 to 2006, Jonathan honed his skills in insurance defense, showcasing his proficiency in navigating complex legal terrain. His contributions to the legal community extended beyond the courtroom, as evidenced by his presidency of the Louis A. Martinet Legal Society from 2003 to 2004, and his recognition in the Baton Rouge Bar Association Journal's Attorney Spotlight section. An active participant in professional organizations, Jonathan is a valued member of both the Baton Rouge Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association. His commitment to public service is underscored by his appointments by former Louisiana Governor Kathleen Babineaux Blanco to the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors and as general counsel for the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Private Investigators. Additionally, he served as a special assistant attorney general under former Louisiana Attorney General Charles Foti.

Jonathan's multifaceted background reflects not only his legal acumen but also his unwavering dedication to community and accountable professionalism. Outside of his legal pursuits, Jonathan finds fulfillment in family life, being happily married and the proud father of four children
